RC, you are CORRECT! That is another reason why I think this bird will spring up from the ashes again. I guess I have no options at this point but just wait and pray. I don't want a bashing from this forum so I haven't posted much in the past but, I don't see how Paul and Carolyn did anything wrong. If my speculation is correct, maybe they did this transfer to TECO to circumvent the Chapter 7 time frame. If all claims against Phoenix are settled and they reverse merge TECO into Phoenix. Could this happen?
