Were you having trouble finding how much he was PAID at CBAI too?
*YAWN* http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1289496/000135448812001871/cbai_10k.htm You can find the consulting agreement on page F-26 and YES, on that same page you can find this "On June 1, 2010 and June 25, 2010, Matthew Schissler exercised 507,824 and 299,848 options respectively. Yeah...that was shortly after the NOT SO GRAND opening pump and dump, and about 7 months before he dropped the RS + AS increase BOMB... BTW...he allegedly looked 2 investors in the eye at the not so grand opening and declared that there would be NO REVERSE SPLIT. Ooopps! He was "WRONG"!!! (I hear that if you get caught in a LIE, that's all you need to say...LOL!!!)
You can find his pay starting on page 37...
Did I SAY he had been "convicted"? Does not being "convicted" mean he has done nothing wrong??? I guess we differ on that!!! I have posted some things that he has done (with PROOF) ...things that I BELIEVE were "wrong". perhaps YOU do not agree, perhaps the SEC does not either, ...or perhaps they just haven't gotten around to filing charges YET??? I point you to the SEC LITIGATION page http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases.shtml Pick the very LATEST one... http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2013/lr22726.htm "filed on May 21, 2012"..."The SEC's complaint alleged that in April 2008" 4 YEARS!!! My GOD the SEC is SLOWER THAN MOLLASSES IN JANUARY!!!
Just because NOTHING has been filed YET, does NOT MEAN that NOTHING EVER WILL BE!!!
Tell me WHY SHYSTER SCHISSLER LEFT HIS CONpany... THE CONpany he founded with the little woman, the CONpany that you claim was FINALLY realizing the profitability that he had worked so HARD for... *cough* JUST DAYS AFTER 2 TELECONFERENCES WITH THE SEC!!! believe me, I have tried to find out the contents of those teleconferences!!! (through the FOIA) they CLAIM they had "nothing" on them...YEAH RIGHT! More likely, the SEC does not want it released, for the same reason they tell you THIS! "The SEC conducts its investigations on a confidential and nonpublic basis and neither confirms nor denies the existence of an investigation unless the SEC brings charges against someone involved. We do this to protect the integrity and effectiveness of our investigative process and to preserve the privacy of the individuals and entities involved. As a result, we will be unable to confirm whether an investigation exists or provide you with any updates on the status of your complaint or of any pending SEC investigation.
