In-order for any small cap company like a penny stock to enter the nasdaq, the company must first prove they can grow as a company. I believe BCCI are doing ok in terms of showing growth in adding more coffee stands and becoming registered in many other states... More distributions will make matters better because now BCCI are showing places where their product is being made and shipped to all their networks...
