As for their OTC filings, and the alleged "Tier change", OTC markets puts out an alert when a tier change occurs. On 02/15/2013 HRRN became "current information" after filing a year end and quarterly report. On 06/10/2013 HRRN was dropped down to "OTC Pink Limited" because they haven't filed a quarterly, a list of officers, and they are in "default" with the Nevada SoS.
