If the debtholders are paid off as is claimed, the only dumper at $0.0004 or lower is Volk himself dumping because he knows the company is worthless.

It's always bad news when the insiders are dumping their shares on the market.

So you are saying that Ike Sutton is paid off? Has he sold the shares he received yet? How would an investor know if it's him selling or someone else?
