I thought Lockwood has 10mio in the pipeline and that would be the reason for expected IPO price?

I think SEC and FINRA need to see revenues.

IMO I do not expect anything from this lawsuit. L.Worldwide is still in business, that means they have a frozen account with a few dollars.

That is true they are different, but I still see this as an undeliverable that Sam could have controlled:

- First announcement of this divi was before the Lockwood lawsuit. Once the lawsuit happened, I could understand the delay.

- Next Sam decided to announce the divi again while the lawsuit was still going on. If the divi was based on the lawsuit, why reannounce with no end to the lawsuit insight?
