Harvey's is a loss. You don't just buy garbage because it is on sale. They have nothing to add to the company except a shrinking customer base and a reduced inventory of overpriced product.
If welch adds this company to the MOTG team then he will have to do it with big dilution and/or by using the little cash we have left. The company is losing money quarter after quarter...it is worthless. Please learn a little about investing or do a little reading before you jump in pretending to be something you're not. I wouldn't be surprised if you were that blind pumper milesstandish that stuck his head in the sand as soon as his beloved treasure motge hit the skids and started falling like a rock...see you miles.
