Need a share structure update to see if that's what it is but I don't think it is since if it was dilution it would have gone down below .005 and not have a green day. Also not much action in the days before so if low volume happens the next few days then just someone got shares and someone got out.

They all dilute ... why would this one be different ... size of the trades going through at the bid appears to confirm ... question is how long will it last and how low will it go? wait, that's two questions ...
