Here is something I noticed last year:

Targeting 7 European countries,PSDV received DCP approval on 2/28/12.

Market Authorization Dates:

4/24/12 Austria
5/7/12 UK (UK was the RMS)
6/5/12 Portugal
7/18/12 France
7/26/12 Germany

Italy and Spain had not yet acted as of 11/14/12 (when I stopped looking).

Maybe Apricus's big licensees can make things go faster . . .
