Agreed completely. You hit the nail on the head. Had the track been pursued and failed like Luperon costing the company money then there would have been a lot of shareholder crying and bashing like what happened in Luperon. I for one was very excited about the racetrack but am glad they pulled out before making a large/bad investment. Seems some will never be happy until they get their 10K back. OOPS!! :-)
