Glad you're with me on most of my posts.

How the PR unfolded I don't know.
I do know I was on the phone with Ron B. Tuesday,
trying to arrange a meeting with investors and he
did say he was working hard trying to finalize / close
the ProGas Deal. So I assume that happened some time
Wednesday.

How much changed and what could they have that was canned to put in the PR, I have no idea.

Maybe, they just wanted to release that they got it closed.

Maybe, they want to do a 2nd PR to let us know the details.

Maybe, they want to drive it down for the Buy-Back.

Maybe, they won't do anything as far as details until
they have to.

Maybe, the details are not as juicy as we would like them
to be.

Maybe, Maybe, Maybe,

SHIZZ, I HATE MAYBE's. I REALLY DO.

That's why I want to get them in a Room with other Investors with Great Minds and ask them all The Maybe's we can think of and have a better understanding what we've got ourselves into,
where we're going and what to expect.

It would make life easier for all of us.

All I can tell you (as I don't know much) is that Ron B.
is open to the idea. If he pushed it off or said no,
I would be scared as HeLLXXX.
