Phot has no other way to get capital, unless they sell blocks of shares. which is happening right now.
Not in a major way, but, its happening. Remember, this is a tiny, little, twinkle of a company!
This will flip and head down again!
Sterling, imo is not the right CEO for this company! Inept!
Don't care if he's was an attorney, or the Pope!
He lacks confidence! Wallstreet seems to know it.
