yes. They need 26M extra for 2013. Already 6M have been raised via issuing shares. So they still need 20M for the year before any funds can be deployed for other purposes. First thing first. If they can now raise 30M (say 2 x 15M bonds) I would of course love to see them buy back shares with the extra money available.
