Would the GSK fraudulent data that was just just seen in the GSK incident in China have to do with Peregrine Pharmaceuticals having the IP locked up on PS, therefore.. other Bigh Pharma are trying to find a way ( even to the point here in GSK ) where they need to falsify data ?? Since no other Big Pharma can target PS? I bring this up ( which I could be completely wrong! ... but I bring it up after reading this paragraph from our recent Phase III approval in NSCLC and its mention of T-cells

Bavituximab targets PS and blocks this immunosuppressive signal, resulting in the maturation of dendritic cells and cancer-fighting (M1) macrophages leading to the development of cytotoxic T-cells that fight solid tumors.

While we are talking about GSK... we may as well remind everyone that GSK was fined $3B in 2003 also.. the "largest settlement ever"

In the largest settlement involving a pharmaceutical company, the British drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline agreed to plead guilty to criminal charges and pay $3 billion in fines for promoting its best-selling antidepressants for unapproved uses and failing to report safety data about a top diabetes drug, federal prosecutors announced Monday. The agreement also includes civil penalties for improper marketing of a half-dozen other drugs.
