Claims date was moved to 7/1/13 per a BK filing a week or two ago. I am of the opinion that the dates are fairly fluid considering that the estate value and subsequent payout correlates with "The Litigation", as it has been referred to in almost every major BK document filed to date. In other words, the debt to claimants still far exceeds any assets in the estate, however, that may change depending upon "The Litigation".

Az, although I have always wanted FS to be correct in his settlements talk, I have never believed the Government would just "cave" after getting their Stoolpigeon running this court case to give them their decision after she omitted tons of evidence and her obvious conflicts of interest just to name of a few totally wrongdoings by the so called players.

On another interesting note, you know I always like to go on one's actions and with BS taking this case on a contingency...they MUST have some REALLY GOOD smoking gun (s) in their arsenal!
