looks to be bottoming out. on radar watch in preparation for the Oct/Now weed stock run..They always do about that time, more senators looking to address legalizing and or declassifying marijuana in different states. And this one is not going to sub pennies & hasnt seen sub pennies in a very long time. In fact this has never seen sub pennies since I have been watching this trade since 2007.
