Appalled- That 30 million has been in the 0/S for along time, i am pretty sure of that. I think that Link was showing 6/09/2013 by error. I-Hub said they were having problem to day with that type stuff, Tiffany does not give out the float is the reason you never see it. Tiffany is the Transfer Agent ( Manager ) over both companys and she just doesnt give out the float because i,ve ask before and she want give you any imformation on the phone. I have talked to her about 3 times but she want give them to me on the phone. They will have to give you all the Dividen and i wouldnt think no different. If they dont the SEC will delist them, but they may not care for that either. They can sell the company as a shell for alot and safecode will still have to make those 10 million shares worth the remaider of what is owed to them. That could be the plan because medisafe has nothing else worth anything IMO. I hate to say it but thats the way it looks to me. There are alot of crooks in these penny companies. Sorry but thats all i know.
PS. I see MFTH is really dieing over that mess.
