Appalled-Yes i saw that date and you right about that, if you notice i think by Joels name being on it that it was something that was actually done before June 9th. Really legally 1 million shares is all the Company can by i would think. That 30 Million was really back from the begiing but it may be something where they are clearing up the Dividen deal. My guess is they have to prove to FINRA where all the shares go and that type of stuff. No way to be sure what all they having to do to get that all straightened out. GO >>>>>>>SAFECODE
