FRANK, I sent an email.. but lost
it. And I have not heard from them.
Maybe 2 weeks now.
In an honest court it would be a
win/lose for hqtrs.
1. "Win":
If they do the honorable thing and
NOT obliterate PCX stock post-BK,
then the lawsuits against them might
be a little weaker.
2. Lose:
If they obliterate the PCX stock, then
the lawsuits that will be filed exposing
their violation of their word and fiduciary
will have great power.. in an honest court.
