The race track was almost another Luperon. It was in horrible shape & too many gov. fingers in the pie. Plus the jocky deaths/accidents were in consideration. CGAQ was considering putting a small parlor in there to test the waters, but fortunately unlike Luperon they pulled out before loosing money on a crappy endeavor. This is my understanding.
