Kubby is not part of CBIS management any longer, and contrary to popular belief, He and Dr. Bob are still friends.
I heard that in one of Dr. Bob's recent interviews and was a little surprised myself. Kubby has built a pretty solid team with his new KUSH venture. It's too bad he has to try to market his stuff through Perlowin.
I feel bad for how he was persecuted by the law for his activism, but the facts are that he was using the company as his personal ATM when he was on the outs. When confronted by Cowan, he lashed out with all kinds of misguided accusations about CBIS because he knew it was over for him.
Maybe someday he will be able to sell his magical lozenges that he's promised for years, while others produce thousands of them regularly. He took his campaign money when he retired (Regullate MJ like wine) and started another MJ biz.
So much for leaving the life, and going to another country to get away from the persecution....
