Insiders bought this at .50+ per share, and only reason was concerns about the coal industry and lack of financing + one big insider selling out that pushed this down to way oversold territory. Now we are now not just anticipating revenues, but accelerating real revenues per month. Phase II in 3Q should blast this up past last year's high of .75.
