More lawsuits will come.

I believe the lawsuits will bring more attention to if the takeover was even ethical. If it wasn't, then the company should have rights to privatize.

This is the idea. Tomorrow will be a good indicator of the public reaction with pps and any additional news.

I don't get it. Provide for the taxpayor funds payback. Provide for a substantial return on government investment. Re-privatize Freddy and Fannie. Everyone is happy. This is the path of least resistance and the right path. Done and done.
