Why didn't management put that in an official release? I mean everyone gets the info by phone? Also you know if PBLS management owns over 51% of the company they could [ not saying this has or even would happen here] increase the AS/OS without a proxy vote. Why are you guys so content to fly "blind" here so to speak? IMO
