Even if SJ3 is close to that seismic line, Treaty did not use the data to locate SJ3 either. In the CC Reid said that they were working on getting that seismic data from the Belize petroleum department. They already started preparing the site of the SJ3 by then.

Just facts is fine, but I allow myself some room for speculation based on the facts. It helps with probing the possibility's that may exist. Including that things with Treaty in Belize may not seem what they appear on the surface to be.
