There is no expectation of privacy in email communications sent to or by the general public, therefore no issue as to it’s being posted.
Despite the fact that Oberon is a privately held Company, any information that they hold as it relates to publicly held companies that would be considered insider information, could not be disseminated to an individual unless previously or simultaneously announced.
I would hope that no one here believes that any company would give anyone from this Board privileged insider information.
For anyone who wishes to split legal hairs. There is an expectation of privacy relating to the interception of an email while in transit. Once delivered, the reasonable expectation ceases.
