PowerPole, you are correct, it would have been nice to see what sort of impact that has on share structure. Hopefully they will provide that info sometime in the near future.

PowerPole, the price has to and will go down because of those specifics not shown up in the PR, which was promised in the earlier PR you mentioned.

According to ProGas audited financial statements, the acquisition when closed, is expected to add in excess of $190,000,000 in annual revenues to Phoenix. While specific information on the acquisition will be made available when the transaction closes, the Company did release that transaction consideration will consist of a combination of cash, restricted and preferred shares.

Like many others here, I say the stock will go done possibly into the lower .01 range. Please don't shoot me, I'm just giving you the major reason the stock will tumble. When companies promise and don't deliver, especially the pinks, the price goes down.
