Appalled- I really cant figure out about the dividen except that Jacob made a mess of it from day one. AS you know he PRed the thing in different ways and then put it in the 8-k on may 1st that it was safecode shares. MFTH had 91 million shares sating in its 0/S i feel like was sat aside at one time for the dividen but who knows. He made a Big Mess of it and i am sure FINRA is not happy about it. Some of the trading friday was probably from expecting news as you say, but some of it was probably because the last 5 million had been put into the market. I say that because VERT quit being a big part of the trading. I cant keep but wondering if we not getting news because of the mess of the dividen. As you see safecode put in thier filings explaing they are not involved with medisafe other than the agreement for the licence. Another thing was the deal where Joel resigned and the CFO was given 20 million shares for 2013 where Joel only got 15 million in the begining. FINRA will not let Jacob not pay the dividen and there is no one he can hire to get him out of that. The bad part is that the shareholders are the ones who get hurt on deals like this. Jacob & Joel may have started out as buddies, but i think we all know that is not the case now if they are they may share the same cell together Lol. Maybe we here some thing by the end of the week are next Monday. Safecode can take off once the news comes out and it will be worth the wait IMO, its just the guessing that most of us want out of the way. Long silence from companies never help anything and wondering is not good when fooling with these stocks Lol. I still feel like we will be ok once its all said and done.
