I strongly believe that Hickling and Walter Brooks via Softwave Radio are the genesis of the TCPS revival.

Hickling, as far as DD is concerned, owned Fiber Optic Techno which had 25% of TCPS in 2007.

I see no reason for Hickling to not place his new patent in TCPS.
