you are wrong his original insider shareholders dont
want you in this stock,it is no secret that they
want a small manageable float and that is what the
big confrontation among the insiders are..
if they give in than they wanted to take their aqusition
into another shell,so the question becomes does stewart find
something else for this shell to put in and leave structure alone and they appease the other insiders putting the aquistion into another shell or was megas simply saying what investors needing to here for months and just does the reverse anyway..

that is the info and the outcome is still to come..
waiting on art's responses from megas on my 2 questions
and than everyone will know where they stand..

Agree Tex, if there was an RS it would be limited to the New Class IMO.

But yeah agree, it doesn't seem that it would be all that beneficial to Megas.
