If the company going to promote the fantasy of NDA representing contracts in the works then THEY are the ones responsible for adding legitimacy not anyone else. Its like the patent claims that keep going up every year. Over promoted hype that has nothing to do with sales or market adoption. This is what a company does when the possibilities of real sales are remote. They have to generate interest without making false misrepresentations.
