Although I haven't gotten my shares yet, I'm confident that it will go to at least .035. I think Asher has over 15m shares to sell. I couldn't find anything on Southridge but their $20m equity purchase a year ago.

Yeah same boat here...no shares converted w/ my eTrade account. Ridiculous. Especially since they are going to charge me to do it. LIKE I HAD A CHOICE!
