1)The Esmerelda mine is what brought the 15 Mil for Holister. Hence, Waterton bought it.
2)Private Investment capital could help GBG, but at their terms. Leaving GBG with their pants around their ankles, but allowing the company to survive.

Which in my oppinion if the company does not fold, then the stock will probably go up to around 5 cents a share. Look at Wits Basin Precious Minerals (WITM) another jacked up minning company. However, it is trading at 6 cents per share.
