Please go back and reread my post and don't put words in my mouth that I never said or implied and do not read into it any further than what I thought was plainly and simply stated. I merely commented on the fact that when a shareholder invests in a non-reporting OTC company (any non-reporting OTC company, not just MDMN), they assume the inherent risk regarding the limited amount of public disclosure required at that tier.

Every time shareholders start to ask the hard questions the recurring statements is

"I invested in MDMN knowing full well of their reporting status and the inherent risks associated with it. Shareholders that are looking for a fully reporting company to invest in obviously shouldn't step near MDMN] "

That is the way they can hide and dodge answering the hard questions.
I recall a shareholder at the last meeting who had the gut to ask the very hard question
"What is the difference between partner A and B and why we should trust you (the BOD and JJ) again in
making a deal that failed miserably before?"

Of course that shareholder was branded as a stupid idiot and rude son of a .....

Amazingly he was right once again.
Now we gotta sak ourselves the same question about partner C.
