Whether one considers JBI to be a startup SCAM, or just a regular SCAM, it hardly makes any difference at this late date.


JBI relies for its survival on selling MILLIONS of DISCOUNTED PIPE shares every few months.


If JBI can't find a new round of suckers to buy TENS of MILLIONS of more DISCOUNTED shares soon, they become insolvent.
