Thanks, as always to ARLOCO for providing the filings re the cdex CEO chap 7 and the cdex chap 11, all such BK filings are in the PUBLIC DOMAIN.

All of the usual have been furnished copies.

The NEW CEO gets to keep whatever new shares he has garnered not involved in the CHAP 7. I do believe that a report of change of ownership may be required, though several weeks late. I do not recall seeing one. But since we have been assured by a regular poster here that all required reports are duly filed on time we can expect to maybe see it soon.. es verdad?? LOL!!
