I feel the same. $371k advance benefits Barry and Lisa not shareholders. Now b and l need more money from shareholders. What stops them from advancing new investor money to themselves?

Frustration is an emotion. I've learned painful lessons early in my investing experience letting emotion dictate my decisions. FACT: AAPT has increased authorized shares to 3B. Right now, thats the only FACT I'm aware of since Friday. Will I sell my position Monday morning because the A/S has been raised? Absolutely not... but I'm also pretty certain many will... based on emotion. There may be additional FACTUAL information available Monday which causes me to change my mind. Barring additional damaging FACTUAL information or filings I will hold and quite possibly add to my position. "My Opinion" is that AAPT has done nothing more than increase their "Line of Credit." Authorized is not Issued! If explosive growth preceeds the cash flow necessary to maintain demand satisfaction, these shares will certainly be of critical value in meeting that demand. I expect a torrent of negative and critical opinion before opening on Monday. Again... look at the facts, not the accusations, and also be ready for filings in the next 14 days to support the growth I personally believe the company is experiencing. Just my opinion.
