Has anybody asked Solomon if he'd consider selling the HU plantation?

Someone did on the last conference call. He mentioned a few things. He said
- it never occured to him (because it's so profitable)
- and because he is emotionally attached to it
- and because they are transforming it now (it's not completed).

I could have given you all those answers before it was even asked :-)
