I have no idea what '84 roll packages of TP' are, stimuls, but take your word for it that they are an important element to the Hop-on brand. I can only report on what I see here in Virginia in regards to electronic cigarette sales in general. They have been on sale here at the 7/11's for quite awhile, the brand name will find out today and report back later. I, myself, am not a smoker, but believe electronic cigarette VAPOR is a better alternative to SMOKE... ANY BRAND, any day, any where, any time for BOTH smokers and non-smokers alike. Will now keep an eye out for electronic CIGARS (hopefully the HOP-ON brand) and let the board know if I find any on sale. Later, dc...
