dont think the SEC is after these guys at all. They are compliant. The fact still remains all companies involved with JRRD, JRRD itself, Shirra, etc. Came from a scam, and are now onto another Scam in my opinion. That would be JRRD. They came out and said they had 40,000 bucks in orders, then two months later had no sales or employees. Well then, who took the orders ?
Who represented the Company on their European Tour.... i.e. Vacation. We all get it, or most of us do, and it may even have another run in it since they laid low for a while. Within a month all will be forgotten about, the penny players on here and on text messagew, email blast etc. will put it out there and get a run.
Sooner or later its all over with, that was one of my points. I sure dont see this going thru another bankruptcy and the SEC allowing it to morph into several companies as last time. Those days are over.
