Brian PETERSEN already had another business.

And so did his wife Nadia CHRISTIAN who also left RAYSTREAM a number of months ago.

Brian PETERSEN was a frontline flunky that Tan SIEKMANN, Tom FRIEDLI, Roman RUMPF, and the others behind this fraud needed to help make RAYSTREAM look legit.

RAYSTREAM was never Brian PETERSEN'S company.

But he made plenty selling the shares he was paid with after fools bought the stock thinking RAYSTREAM was a real company and they had something truly 'proprietary' to offer to the industry they were just PRETENDING to be a part of.

So what is a shell worth? What did Petersen get for walking away? Something under the table that didn't have to be split with the share holders?

The price of public shells varies widely. But nothing should be done "under the table". That 8-K ought to have contained far more specific information about the change of control.
