Wow Git, that is crazy. I actually recently sold my old house and purchased a new one. I was able to get 3.5%. That was barely more than a month ago. I didn't realize rates has moved that much so quickly.
Perhaps money is coming out of treasuries so they can be re-purposed into equities? Big boys are allowing the market to correct so they can load up for the run into the end of the year.
