Getting complete approval with NDA and PDUFA is fine and of course there will be a huge increase in PPS or if the company is bought out....But that does not warrant why the stock did not move. It's still a catalyst, its a Phase I safety/efficacy study single injection study there was a small pop to .22 however, some sold on the news.
The reality is there wasn't enough major evaluation or analyst coverage except from Griffin. That really is the main issue at hand (IMO) as some analyst's are possibly hesistant to cover at this point in the game.
Also there wasn't any main stream media coverage, but once multiples are unblinded on July 17th there should be and analyst will jump on it. maybe even before the mutiples are released.
There also wasnt any insider buying which is really were the proping up of a company occurs and show solid reenforcment within a company projecting its movements on to the public. Should they believe in there product or at least try to safe major selling from the public sector.
