#91568 RE: Dan10 #91566

The fact the guy has a shady past is not being argued, FACT remains OPMG SIGNED A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT to purchase the anti texting technology from HIS Company CSI, OPMG FAILED TO HONOR their terms of this contract also known as a default because they had and have no money SASSO granted them extended terms which OPMG signed off on and further defaulted, this is known as a MATERIAL BREACH of Contract. This is clearly stated in OPMG's 10Q under legal proceedings along with the other law suits and defaults they are engaged in. When you breach a contract the company in this case CSI and Sasso retain their original rights. OPMG has the right to mount a defense and explain why they breached their agreement when this lawsuit finally gets heard by the judge, maybe the win maybe they do not.
