#3460 RE: quikfix #3459

My gut tells me that the IVTI is going to close and will be included in the Annual filing.

There are HUGE players involved now since the GC Barnes agreement was inked in April.

I believe you are wrong on these issues quikfix, I believe those of us lucky enough to be holding a decent chuck will be rewarded for our patience, as I mentioned in an earlier post, weeks, not months for that Annual to be filed.

In addition, remember this from the last filing:

$RVPL $4.3 Billion Dollars!!! (in addition to the almost $2 billion already under contract!!

On April 23, 2012, RVPLUS, Inc. holding company of ECCO2 Tech Dot Com (“RVPL”) entered into a Consultant Agreement (“Agreement”) with GC Barnes Group, LLC (“GCB”) for the purpose of seeking federal funding of up to $4.3 billion to be used for a multi-year expansion plan for staffing and supply chains for RVPL.

And of course don't forget the old posts can be found here.

@quickfix sell your RVPL shares I'll take them. How much do you have invested today? Put them back on the open market for sale at the current ask and I will take them first thing next week.

Your mention about IVTI is probably the least interesting thing in their 10Q. If you noticed the exhibit it was a contract that issued shares equal to $1.3 million to IVTI. That puts more shares out there. The deal is pending and isn't costing any of us a dime. Has not made us a dime either. Sure its a good story.

A day trader I know in Miami called IVTI office a few months ago to ask about status. They told him that they were not able to talk about it and that all questions would be forwarded to the company CEO who was out on family emergency. I would guess that this is the reason why the contracted has not completed as of yet.

I disagree with you gut feeling. You are more likely not reading into the true content and making emotional marketing decisions based on the 10-20k shares that unload at pennies and bring the price down. I have blue chip stock that have bids at $120 per share that I could sell right now for $60. Sure it will short the market but there are so many seller transactions going on that one short for a few shares is not going to kill the stock price. In the case of RVPL, there was less than a handful of trades for a day. That is nothing to compare to true market demand or capitalization. Why do you think you see dollar asks in the level II?

Please do your homework before posting emotions and opinions about annual Edgar filing that will show concrete information. At worst case scenario the company shows new A/Rs, some revenue, free trading paper, and more shareholders. If this was all to expect at that time I would be happier than a pig in mud.
