ARe there several "agreements" floating around here? Is this the complete agreement? The agreement I read this morning states a 30 day prior notice with a 10 day material breach/5 day recovery stipulation. This, states a 30 day notice anytime after the start of the rollout. Being an attorney I read these clear, just not sure which one is the correct one to read or if they should be read in conjunction with one another.
Unfortunatley that is a poorly written contract. I think both GZFX and CC need new lawyers. The words "thereafter" and "commence" seem to contradict each other. I don't know how to interpret the language. But it would seem like it is the intention of the parties to see how the holiday season goes and then make a determination. December 15 is a meaningless date.
