PSCO is the reverse split king and scam queen. Never gained it's shareholder support after one to many r/s. timmmmmmmmber

This company has had only one split that is recorded. I used to follow the company from when there were $8.00+ back in 1999.

There is one 2 for 3 split recorded on pinksheets that occurred back in 1997.

In there last filing in 2009 before they ceased reporting they had

9,927,329 shares outstanding.

at a half a penny per share they have a market cap of ~$50k.


The overall shitty market is the only thing holding this stock back. It has the potential to literally EXPLODE to the upside on very little volume.
