I would not pay it any mind. Probably the whackers who have been shorting paper and hurting a stock some of us purchased at 0.15-25 this time a year ago. Every Wall St. dark house I'll bet on over the last two decades has always came out a winner. Fact is that you go to Facebook and you see photos and news and postings of current events and results. This means something to me. I see videos and content. How many OTC companies have you seen content about developing deals and long term business. I have seen little to no hype from the PR. The updates are not going to be as rapid as a tiny tech firm with a more simplified business model. I call RVPL office and send emails also. Feedback I get in so many works is that things are in the works. Many of these decisions and announcements about government transactions cannot hit a simple news wire. They require clearances and approvals from higher powers and one would have all hell to pay if it was published and not authorize3d by the companies or people mentioned in the release. Can you blame the CEO for being careful announcing content. I get more from going to Youtube, FB, or Edgar filings than I do reading the news articles RVPL puts out most of the time. I want to see the real substance. They can keep the fluff.

I believe that we are ALL frustrated with the PPS performance of recent months. As with anything hindsight is always 20/20 but I am a strong believer in ECCO2/RVPL and the management.

Having personally met the CEO, Peterson, this is one CEO that truly believes in this business and his shareholders.

One thing I am certain of is this, the fact that he has not done what we all believe is a simple CEO update even on the website since the first week of January leads me to believe it is for some good reason. I too am frustrated but at least we get a glimpse in the 8k & 10K since the Jan 7, 2013 CEO update and Feb 11 PR.

I am ANXIOUSLY waiting for a CEO update as well but I have come to accept that we might be waiting until August 13, 2013 when the 10K is filed.

Hey, I could be wrong, August 13 is the "end date" $RVPL/Peterson could always file it today or anytime before that date.
