With all the misleading PR's about production and projects that NEVER happened not to mention the BS from Treaty. I would say the adversity is well founded.

Deceit has a way of attracting adversity.

TECO has more than a few skeletons in the closet.

That is ONE reason why this company is plagued by litigation.
