Why so you think so? Because you just bought shares at .030?
The fundamentals haven't changed, but untill there's a JV the pps will drop even further.

CEO has lost all of his credibility in the last months, with all those costly but senseless conferences and CCs, with his "no futher dilution" lies, with him repeating the same shit over and over again.
He has burned a lot of money. Thats why admin costs are so high. All for nothing. Big Pharma woulda already bought them out/ or JV. But obviously they're avoiding AMBS for some reason...
